About the role

  • Provide strategic and operational supply chain support to both external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Manage a complex global supplier network that supplies critical components for Boeing’s commercial aircraft
  • Monitor and report key supplier performance metrics
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to suppliers
  • Prepare, lead, and facilitate recurring structured supplier performance reviews
  • Collaborate across enterprise supply chain, internal teams, and external partners
  • Lead root-cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive actions with suppliers
  • Communicate timely, actionable performance-to-plan updates to leadership and customers

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • 1+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external)
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, as needed
  • 5 + years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work or military experience (preferred)
