About the role
- Ensure Final aircraft coatings meet or exceed all required specifications
- Oversee final coatings and graphics installation processes, repair, testing
- Interface with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures
- Acquire resources for department activities and provide technical management of suppliers
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers and stakeholders
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manage, develop and motivate employees and first-level managers
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience working in Manufacturing or Flightline operations
- 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
