About the role

  • Identify, gather & document functional, non-functional requirements, user stories, features, business rules to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Users/SMEs, product owners, IT, Vendors for requirements and implementation.
  • Demonstrate the implementation to stakeholders, address clarifications and feedback proactively.
  • Develop test plans, create test data, execute tests (UAT, integration); Contribute towards automation of test scripts where applicable.
  • Perform testing (Unit/functional/system/integration) to make sure the implementation meets business needs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, provide work-around and solution to the business users to unblock while working the resolution with vendor.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, backlog prioritization, user trainings, analysis and tool adoption workshops.

Requirements

  • 5+ Systems and Data analysis experience with a combination of the below skill sets:
  • Experience in Business/Functional analysis role
  • Experience in Agile/Sprint methodology
  • Experience in triaging, troubleshooting and dispositioning user issues
  • Experience implementing systems/web based applications and data migration of records.
  • Understanding of database (SQL or equivalent)
  • Must be a US Person - No Sponsorship available for this role.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 9+ Systems and Data analysis experience
  • Experience programming in web based application would be a plus.
