About the role

  • Manage employees and mid-level managers performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electronic and Electrical Engineering
  • Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures; guide the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives
  • Acquire resources for organizational activities; provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
  • Manage, develop, and motivate employees and mid-level managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (focus in Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
  • 10+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor’s degree OR combination of technical education and work-related experience with a master’s degree
  • Experience leading RF/EO/IR/Radar/Electronic/Electrical engineering projects/programs and/or labs
  • Ability to coordinate with a large technical team and customers to communicate safety plans, test plans, and data collection
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
