About the role

  • Support Print services and associated service offerings and products
  • Participate in contracting process, terms, billing, and spend approval
  • Coordinate delivery activities and develop key service processes/deliverables
  • Manage and support the creation, maintenance, and delivery of customer/user training and documentation
  • Support the execution of communication plans
  • Drive problem resolution for escalated service-related inquiries and issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or a support organization
