Partner with IT, business units, and executive leadership to align Data and AI platform capabilities with evolving business strategies
Lead AI product strategy and execution by discovering, prioritizing, and delivering analytics and AI use cases
Define and execute a roadmap to build a data foundation based on prioritized use cases
Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Operationalize self service analytics capabilities and scalable data pipelines
Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders to influence decision-making and measure ROI & business impact

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher
7+ years of experience delivering AI solutions at enterprise scale, including production ML/AI deployments
5+ years of experience leading AI and analytics teams across a large organization
5+ years of experience in product leadership or end to end ownership of data or AI products
5+ years of experience managing value realization and developing analytics managers and team leads
5+ years of experience in cloud based AI and analytics (e.g., AWS, Azure or GCP)
5+ years of experience in ML lifecycle, generative AI, Agentic AI and production engineering
