Partner with IT, business units, and executive leadership to align Data and AI capabilities
Lead AI product strategy and execution with business teams on analytics and AI use cases
Define and execute a roadmap for data foundation based on prioritized use cases
Translate business problems into AI, ML, or Conversational solutions
Lead product lifecycle management, including Model development and performance tuning
Operationalize self service analytics capabilities and scalable data pipelines
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to influence decision-making
Define required skillsets and build talent for AI and cloud capabilities across businesses
Manage program delivery, track KPIs and present updates to stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher
7+ years of experience delivering AI solutions at enterprise scale
5+ years leading AI and analytics teams
5+ years experience in product leadership or ownership of data/AI products
5+ years experience in cloud based AI and analytics (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
5+ years experience in ML lifecycle and production engineering
5+ years experience as a thought leader in analytics and AI
5+ years experience to translate complex technical insights into clear narratives
5+ years experience orchestrating collaboration across teams
3+ years experience managing and prioritizing capability backlogs
3+ years experience in stakeholder management across audiences
