Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering Software Development Team
Develop and implement software solutions for the electrical engineering department
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and establish project timelines
Manage the software development lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment)
Ensure adherence to software development best practices and quality assurance processes
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their application
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
Monitor and optimize software performance and resolve issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless software integration

Requirements

5+ years of experience in leading teams
5+ years of experience in information technology or technical support
3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification (preferred)
Experience in Agile methodology (preferred)
Experience developing software solutions for electrical engineering applications (preferred)
Proficiency in programming languages (C++, Java, Python) (preferred)
