About the role
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in EU and globally
- Primary scope: client data, also employee and other data
- Ensure privacy by design for new initiatives, projects, and processes
- Support in privacy risk and impact assessment
- Advise on data privacy related contract language
- Handle data transfer matters with clients and partners, including negotiating data processing agreements
- Train teams and spread awareness in the privacy area
- Record management and advise on how to apply privacy principles
Requirements
- Relevant degree at least on Bachelor level, preferably in law
- 3+ years of experience from working with data privacy
- Fluent in English both orally and in writing
- Existing rights to work in Sweden
- Senior level: knowledge of EU data privacy regulations and regulations outside the EU
- Working experience from legal and/or compliance in the IT industry (preferred)
- Preferably knowledge of AI regulation related compliance
- Candidates must live on commute distance or relocate at their own expense
- Visa: successful candidate will cover the cost of visa
