💰 $127,500 - $172,500 per year

About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for facilities planning, project administration, and engineering
  • Define project and process plans, set operational goals, and implement policies and standard work
  • Provide technical oversight and approval for approaches, deliverables, and vendor work
  • Manage budgets and schedules, and drive process improvements to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Build and maintain partnerships with site customers, stakeholders, and business partners
  • Own team performance metrics and reporting; lead continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities
  • Able to travel up to 10% domestically

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • 5+ years of experience in project management/ construction management
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams
  • 10% domestic travel
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, facilities, architecture, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in construction/project leadership (planning, implementing, and executing facility projects)
  • Experience working knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project (or equivalent), and PowerPoint
  • Experience as a strategic business partner with strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Long Range Business Plans (LRBP), real estate project management, and space planning
