About the role
- Conduct initial and recurring security briefings to cleared workforce members on topics such as critical program information, marking, safeguarding and destroying classified information, operations security, physical and communication security, and other security training as required
- Conduct inventories and records reconciliation actions to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Prepare activity or program concept of operation (CONOPs) outlining unique security protection requirements for sensitive operations; establish procedures for protecting, handling, storing, and transporting proprietary materials
- Coordinate across the security workforce, Boeing engineering, managerial and technical teams, as well as senior Boeing personnel and U.S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals, security rulings or deviations as may be required
- Validate internal security controls through the performance of detailed compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections
- Identify deficiencies and recommend and/or implement timely corrective action(s)
- Assist lesser experienced employees with the administration and execution of security protocols
- Ensure programmatic security posture is compliant with applicable regulations (NISPOM, DoD SCI Administrative Security Manual, SAP rules)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial Security
- 3+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and MS Project
- Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP)
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance required (U.S. Citizenship Required) (a U.S. Security Clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- Must meet export control compliance as a "U.S. Person" per 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

- Ability to perform occasional second-shift or after-hours work schedules
- Experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense or Aerospace environment (preferred)
- Experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Special Access Program (SAP), and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) (preferred)
- Experience communicating with internal and external customers (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work or military experience (preferred)
