Conduct focused root cause analyses and drive effective corrective action plans
Proactively engage with business partners to identify and manage compliance risks
Translate legal and regulatory requirements into operational controls
Provide advice and support to business on compliance issues
Prioritize compliance risks strategically to focus resources on critical issues
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to advance compliance risk management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, engineering or related discipline
7+ years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or law
Adept at working in a cross-functional environment
Demonstrated ability to conduct risk-based assessments and analysis of data and processes
Skilled in conducting root cause analyses, and developing and executing action plans
Experience with risk management tools and techniques (e.g., AuditBoard, GRC tooling, Tableau, Power BI)
