About the role
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans and schedules to meet program and project requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Perform data analysis, risk assessments, and impact studies to support decision-making and project success
- Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to define problems, quantify value, and scope solution
- Implement project management best practices, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
- Communicate project status, risks, and success stories to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Partner with analytics, AI, and business teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
- Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance team performance and efficiency
- Foster a collaborative, fun, and engaging work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience in leading others and directing all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects
- Experience leading projects in a cross functional environment
- Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
- Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
- Experience in a role that required strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Manager Professional (PgMP) certification (preferred)
- Experience leading Lean and process improvement initiatives (preferred)
- Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, or related industries (preferred)
