Lead assigned team for value-added cybersecurity risk management services
Foster individual development, teamwork, and performance management
Manage employees performing information security activities in accordance with policy related to RMF
Support efforts necessary to obtain/maintain Authority to Operate (ATO)
Develop and execute project and process plans, implements policies and procedures
Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of subordinates
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes

Requirements

Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5)
Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
5+ years of experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technology development programs
5+ years of experience working with cybersecurity policies and RMF
Experience in conflict resolution and/or mediation
Experience in leading teams and team development
Ability to obtain a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
Active Counter-Intelligence or Full Scope Polygraph
Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM)
