About the role
- Manages employees performing activities in multiple Tooling manufacturing disciplines.
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Drive the implementation of OneBPS to support on time deliveries within the department.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
- 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
- 3+ years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, quality, and cost
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross functional teams
- 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
- 3+ years of experience with Project Management
