About the role
- Produce clear, timely reports for business performance updates and executive scorecards that drive leadership decisions
- Maintain dashboards and executive metrics Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment to strategic priorities and enable fact-based course corrections
- Translate complex data into concise, actionable narratives and recommendations for senior leaders
- Act as a strategic partner, anticipate needs, and identify opportunities to scale or simplify work
- Ensure initiatives align to the IDT&S vision and roadmap
- Work across IDT&S, Finance, Human Resource, Indirect Supply Chain, and product/program/service teams to operationalize our strategy
- Support development and vetting of multi-year business cases and priority setting for strategic initiatives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for the organization in partnership with Finance
- Partner with Finance to monitor financial budget-to-actuals and recommend course correction
- Coordinate workforce and resourcing requests through intake, prioritization, and approval
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects
- Experience in analytical skills and experience designing, executing and harmonizing data from multiple data sources to create actionable insights and recommendations
- Willingness to create and implement process improvements and ability to see the big picture
- High attention to detail, self-starter, results driven
- Willing to travel up to 15%
