About the role

  • Serve as Senior HR Business Partner responsible for leading the skills management and development for 7,500+ Quality employees including hourly represented, salary represented, salary non-represented and management job roles.
  • Drive functional discipline and functional excellence through standardization and customization when needed.
  • Closely partner with BCA Manufacturing Workforce Planning team to ensure Quality is aligned and integrated with staffing, training and leadership development initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Quality and Manufacturing Skill teams, Global Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and workforce development to execute Quality staffing plans
  • Responsible for Quality’s Health of Function scorecard by collecting data and analyzing trends to improve productivity and engagement to increase the effectiveness of the function.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes & policies, collective bargaining agreements, and site policies to recognize the impact throughout the talent value stream.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 5+ years of experience in deploying and administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects
  • Experience analyzing data and metrics to identify future organization needs
  • Experience working in a business environment partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
  • Experience with workforce planning and job classification
  • 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education or experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Human Resources certification(s) (preferred)
  • Experience adapting to changing scope, responsibilities and job requirements (preferred)
  • Experience partnering and communicating with all levels of the business (preferred)
  • Strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills (preferred)
  • Comprehensive understanding of business priorities and be able to translate them into action plans that drive business results (preferred)
  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data for cross-functional teams (preferred)
