About the role
- Provide strategic HR consultation with leadership on workforce strategies aligned to organizational objectives
- Serve as team lead to HRBPs that support the Enterprise Services organization
- Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels on HR practices, policy and processes
- Provide analysis and recommendations to maintain high levels of engagement and inclusion
- Facilitate action planning and follow-through with partners
- Enable organizational health by facilitating actions with the business and HR Communities of Excellence teammates
- Partner with Labor Relations, Legal, and/or Corporate Investigations on workforce matters
- Develop and implement HR actions inclusive of performance management, compensation, organization design, talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, change management, and workforce planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
- 5+ years of experience resolving employee relations matters and conducting sensitive or difficult conversations
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
- Human Resources certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in an HRG or HRBP capacity (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a role supporting Collective Bargaining Agreements (preferred)
