Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Sales and/or Program Management in an aerospace or complex industry.
- 2+ years of managing a team of direct reports.
- Previous responsibility for managing customer programs with annual revenues in excess of €100 million.
- Proficient knowledge in all Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) applications.
- Fluent in both German and English (Level C1 or higher).
