About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner to QO&E leaders to drive operational excellence and business performance.
- Lead the development and integration of business plans, strategies, processes, and performance metrics.
- Champion new ways of working that engage a global, digitally enabled workforce.
- Lead a high-performing team with strong execution discipline and a "focus and finish" mindset.
- Translate data into actionable insights using digital tools to track performance, commitments, and priorities.
- Coach and develop leaders and team members.
- Drive improvements in operational health through disciplined management systems and risk mitigation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and business transformation efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role
- Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience using critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape process and/or strategy
- 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
- 5+ years of experience directly supporting and improving operational health & performance of a program and/or organization
- 5+ years of experience building a team and developing employees
