About the role
- Manage IDT&S supplier sourcing efforts and vendor management of IT key suppliers
- Work with IT leaders and Product Managers to refine sourcing strategies and consult on insource/outsourced mix
- Develop Request for Proposal/Information documentation, Statements of Work, and performance metrics
- Lead technical evaluations of bidder proposals and assess supplier capabilities and gaps
- Lead vendor governance, relationship management, performance management, and RIO mitigation support
- Drive vendor management best practices and establish vendor governance including operations and performance management
- Assist Product Managers with supplier implementation and transition efforts
- Identify, manage, and lead mitigations of sourcing or vendor related risks, issues, and opportunities
- Facilitate supplier billing oversight and reconciliation
- Partner cross-functionally with Indirect Supply Chain, Finance, Global Trade Controls, Global Privacy Office, and Information Security
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience in sourcing or equivalent combination of procurement, project management, and vendor management
- 10+ years of experience in working with suppliers, developing statement-of-work and technical performance specifications
- 5+ years of experience developing or authoring statements of work
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Master’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Sourcing or procurement related certifications (preferred)
- Project or Program Management related certifications (preferred)
- Must meet export control compliance requirements: U.S. Person required under 22 C.F.R. §120.15
