💰 $150,450 - $203,550 per year
About the role
- Empower teams so they can operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-organization, and deliver to business priorities
- Manage your team and their deliverables, including projections for future needs, to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Work with team members to manage work priorities, facilitate skill assignments, and address people actions in order to maintain high performing work teams
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships on a global scale with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Manage technical debt to ensure products get and stay ahead of the technology obsolescence curve
- Identify, recruit, develop, engage, and retain team talent
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing multi-disciplined technical teams
- 5+ years of experience in working with agile teams and agile software development
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and/or support IT project plans and schedules
