About the role
- Act as the Information Technology (IT) Product Manager for two products
- Define and own a clear product vision and multi-year strategy
- Create and prioritize the product roadmap
- Convert customer and stakeholder needs into specified user stories
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle with a focus on outcomes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product plans and schedules
- Maintain budget accountability and make trade-offs for value
- Produce regular product progress reporting tied to business outcomes
- Partner with Program Management and SAP Center of Excellence
- Manage and grow a high-performing team of architects, functional analysts, and developers
- Champion Boeing cultural values
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within information technology
- 5+ years of experience working cross functionally and/or managing external supplier relationships
- 3+ years of experience with technical product management
- 1+ years of experience managing or leading people or teams
