About the role
- Responsible for leadership of the team to integrate Program Management, Functions, Business Partners and Architecture
- Create a common BCA Process and Tools strategic direction
- Drive integrated capability, architecture and technology roadmaps
- Stabilize the BCA production system and enhance capabilities to improve Safety & Quality
- Enable BCA milestones for rate and productivity
- Modernize and transform the business
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing/implementing strategic plans, delivering on commitments and results
- 5+ years of experience in program leadership deploying large-scale enterprise software systems
- 5+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-vendor programs on schedule and within budget
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
