Serve as acting Regional Senior Manager in the absence of the M-Level leader
Lead employees performing information security technical activities
Oversee day-to-day execution of classified cybersecurity programs
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated cyber solutions
Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and career development for classified cybersecurity staff
Maintain and improve operational readiness
Ensure continuous improvement of processes and documentation
Support program financial management

Requirements

Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years, or been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program
10+ years of experience managing or leading classified program teams
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
5+ years of experience with classified systems operations, accreditation processes, and relevant cybersecurity frameworks
5+ years of experience working with cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
5+ years of experience in conflict resolution and/or mediation
Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Programs
Ability to obtain a Counter-Intelligence (CI) Polygraph
