- accountable for the overall profitability and performance of assigned program(s)
- enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs
- maintain and create a professional yet personalized relationship with assigned customers
- accountable for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes
- collaborate with and influence cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer specific strategy, execution and customer relationship management
- responsible for consistent management and administration of contractual obligations
- responsible for all recoveries and remedies for programs adhering to contractual commitments
- supports the coordination and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals
- integrates the implementation of the best program management practices
- facilitates the resolution of program issues, developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
- provides in-depth analysis; identify lessons learned, provide historical reports to incorporate into future project plans
Requirements
- 8+ years of related work experience
- experience in program management
- experience in the aerospace industry
- intermediate excel skills with training ability
- experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports, customer kpi’s
