About the role
- Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans, such as Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Restricted Stock Units, Long-Term Incentives, retention programs, Annual Compensation cycle, and variable pay
- Assist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping and administration
- Coordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems (Workday) and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Prepare and execute annual compensation reviews and performance corrections ensuring accurate employee statements
- Maintain detailed operational documents, including business rules, plan provisions, and process maps
- Monitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans to meet service standards
- Respond to customer inquiries related to pay, benefit discrepancies or education on their Compensation and Equity programs
- Oversee and optimize processes and procedures to ensure efficient benefit delivery and resource utilization
- Ensure accurate data transfers between the company and its suppliers, ensuring the integrity of financial and data records for plan accounting and supplier payments, while consistently meeting service level agreements
- Prepare and coordinate communications for quarterly enrollments and purchases
- Assist in the audit processes and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or compensation
- 6+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration
- 6+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 6+ years of experience using Human Resources (HR) systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (preferred)
