About the role
- Lead employees and managers in execution of all activities required to deliver Mission Systems capabilities on KC-46 aircraft
- Perform business management for cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, create and follow policies and procedures, and guide the development of business and technical strategies
- Acquire resources for organizational activities, providing technical management of suppliers and leading process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with the USAF customer, suppliers, and Boeing teams across the enterprise
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions
- 3+ years of leadership experience in engineering and/or organizational leadership/program management
- 3+ years of experience in critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy
- Knowledge and application of program management best practices in a program environment
- Experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering and/or computer science (preferred)
