Conduct financial analysis and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data contributing to the development of capital forecasts.
Integrate with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) project managers to ensure accurate forecasting, performance to plan, and appropriate capitalization of assets.
Drive dialog with BCA financial leaders to understand and assess the financial landscape of a portfolio of capital projects.
Collect, compile, sort and document source data to support analysis of capital forecasts, including depreciation.
Develop performance reports.
Integrate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management.
Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
Support process improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor junior analysts.
Complete peer reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
5+ years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience working with large data sets required (e.g. Excel, PowerPivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI)
