About the role
- Manages employees performing activities to design, develop and maintain business processes and strategies and to implement process improvement methodologies.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations
- 5+ years of experience of direct and/or indirect team leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple competing priorities
- 5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
- 5+ years of experience as proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships/partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments
- 5+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations
- 5+ years of experience with the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget.
