About the role
- Design, sustain, and upgrade next generation electronics concepts and support production and special test equipment design for increasing capacity requirements
- Support electrical design activities for PAC-3 production, sustainment and capacity assurance contracts
- Electronics design, requirements and interface definition, modeling and analysis, testing, performance and design verification
- Develop detailed design solutions to component/part obsolescence issues
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports
- Support execution of various methods of testing and analysis to support design and production and to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
- Support Root Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, troubleshooting, and resolutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years of experience with electronics test methodology and digital/analog power electronic design
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship (An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.)

- Export Control: a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
- Preferred: Subject Matter Expert of electrical design with proven circuit design and analysis experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of CCA / PCB design processes
- Preferred: Circuit analysis experience (tools such as LTSpice, ICAP)
- Preferred: Experience with use of oscilloscopes, multi-meter and other lab equipment
- Preferred: High level of project management skills and communication skills
- Preferred: Highly motivated, self-starting and comfortable dealing with diverse people and disciplines
- Preferred: Active Secret or higher security clearance
