About the role
- Conduct initial and recurring security briefings to cleared workforce on CI, marking, safeguarding and destroying classified information, operations security, physical and communication security
- Conduct inventories and records reconciliation actions to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Prepare activity or program CONOPs outlining unique security protection requirements and establish procedures for protecting, handling, storing, and transporting proprietary materials
- Coordinate across security workforce, Boeing engineering, managerial and technical teams, senior Boeing personnel and U.S. Government customers for contract approvals, security rulings or deviations
- Validate internal security controls through detailed compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections
- Identify deficiencies and recommend and/or implement timely corrective actions
- Assist lesser experienced employees with administration and execution of security protocols
Requirements
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5)/SSBI within the last 5 years or enrolled in Continuous Vetting within the last 5 years
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial Security
- 3+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Project)
- Ability to support after-hours deployments and rotational on-call
- Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance required (U.S. Citizenship Required) or U.S. Security Clearance active in past 24 months considered active
- Must meet export control compliance: be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Preferred: Experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense or Aerospace environment
- Preferred: Experience in National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Special Access Program (SAP), and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- Preferred: Experience communicating with internal and external customers
