About the role
- Apply business acumen and knowledge to partner with cross functional teams
- Support a production team or organization integrated with the Boeing Production System
- Learn production build processes and standards
- Stabilize the production system and implement lean methodologies
- Assess rate readiness requirements and improve quality through root cause analysis
- Build disruption recovery plans and mitigate impacts to major milestones
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations
- Develop, implement, maintain, and status basic integrated shop operating plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or a production environment
- Exposure to working in a team environment
- Exposure or application of Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
- Exposure or application of Project Management skills
