About the role
- Integrate Engineering Business Requirements into Learning Systems, Tools, and Trainings
- Manage updates to large-scale, information systems
- Oversee program execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and risks
- Develop and communicate L&D portfolio strategy aligning with business objectives
- Collaborate with experts to identify training needs and create learning objectives
- Research and identify new technologies and methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience working in and/or with Engineering/IT teams
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or other technical expertise
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Ability to effectively partner with Business Stakeholders and Executive Management
- Experience with curriculum development and content and instructional materials
