Regional Market Access and Healthcare Affairs Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive regional market access and healthcare affairs strategies across CEE markets in alignment with global and regional priorities
- Lead cross-country initiatives to strengthen pricing, reimbursement, and healthcare policy shaping capabilities
- Partner with local teams to support access strategies, HTA positioning, and stakeholder engagement
- Analyze healthcare system dynamics, identify access barriers, and define actionable solutions
- Contribute to regional planning, capability building, and best practice sharing across RCV markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market access, healthcare affairs, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and healthcare policy environments
- Experience in Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets is a strong asset; familiarity with regional healthcare systems preferred
- Proven ability to work in a regional or cross-country environment, with strong stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills; able to translate complex system dynamics into actionable strategies with a strong ownership mindset focused on impact, collaboration, and execution
