About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the company's e-discovery processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Implement e-discovery best practices
  • Administer the RelativityOne e-discovery platform, including creating and configuring workspaces, collecting, managing, and processing data
  • Manage users and permissions
  • Oversee Relativity integration points and report on e-discovery metrics
  • Advise global legal teams on designing and implementing efficient and effective document review processes
  • Train and support legal teams in the use of RelativityOne
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Stay current with the latest RelativityOne updates and features
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and project team members
  • Manage relationships with e-discovery vendors and service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus several years of experience in technical e-discovery, digital forensics, or legal technology within a corporate environment or at a legal service provider
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or equivalent certification
  • Several years of hands-on experience with e-discovery tools and software, including administration of RelativityOne
  • Proven experience collaborating with legal teams and supporting their e-discovery needs
  • Strong understanding of e-discovery best practices and document review workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in German and English
