Requirements
- A completed master’s degree in finance or economics, ideally combined with practical experience in accounting, controlling, or related fields
- A background in pharmaceuticals or natural sciences is a plus
- International experience is beneficial
- Excellent English skills; German or any additional language is an advantage
- A passion for learning, growing, and exploring different functional areas
- The program is primarily aimed at early‑career talents, while also welcoming candidates with some initial professional experience
