Global Learning Operations Associate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as Learning Operations business partner to assigned Medicine functions and R/OPUs, ensuring consistent implementation of learning processes.
- Evaluate and assign GxP-relevant documents (e.g., SOPs) and associated learnings globally, defining training needs based on roles.
- Own and manage curricula processes including creation of new curricula and leading annual curricula reviews with Curricula Owners.
- Design and develop learning pathways aligned with adult learning principles to enhance user experience and support upskilling of Medicine employees.
- Provide technical expertise and system troubleshooting, including data gathering, reporting, and analysis for non-compliances and quarterly Quality Management reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 4 years of experience in a global, cross‑functional pharmaceutical (GxP) environment, including 2+ years of project management experience.
- Experience maintaining and operating Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, intercultural, communication, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong IT skills (e.g., MS Office) demonstrated reliability, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to propose technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Very good command of English in writing and speaking, German is an asset.
