About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as Learning Operations business partner to assigned Medicine functions and R/OPUs, ensuring consistent implementation of learning processes.
Evaluate and assign GxP-relevant documents (e.g., SOPs) and associated learnings globally, defining training needs based on roles.
Own and manage curricula processes including creation of new curricula and leading annual curricula reviews with Curricula Owners.
Design and develop learning pathways aligned with adult learning principles to enhance user experience and support upskilling of Medicine employees.
Provide technical expertise and system troubleshooting, including data gathering, reporting, and analysis for non-compliances and quarterly Quality Management reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Over 4 years of experience in a global, cross‑functional pharmaceutical (GxP) environment, including 2+ years of project management experience.
Experience maintaining and operating Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
Strong interpersonal, intercultural, communication, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong IT skills (e.g., MS Office) demonstrated reliability, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to propose technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Very good command of English in writing and speaking, German is an asset.
