About the role

  • Propose, implement and monitor the marketing and commercial policy for the product(s)/brand(s) assigned to you
  • Monitor developments in the environment
  • Collect and analyze information on environmental and market developments
  • Analyze market trends and identify levers to adapt the strategy
  • Conduct competitive intelligence
  • Contact KOLs, SAMs and other stakeholders
  • Participate locally and/or internationally in the development of product/service strategy
  • Plan and implement the actions and tools necessary to deploy the strategy
  • Lead internal and external working groups
  • Measure the performance of initiatives and propose corrective actions
  • Manage the product portfolio to achieve sales and profitability objectives
  • Contribute to the preparation of the revenue/budget forecasts

Requirements

  • Minimum: Master’s degree (Bac+5) — Business School and/or scientific degree (biology, biopharmacy, veterinary, engineering) or PhD, or agricultural/agronomy engineering degree
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of marketing and communication techniques, activation methods, office/digital tools, product and market environment, promotion regulations, and research methodologies
  • Ability to anticipate developments and maintain a global, strategic outlook
  • Experience in cross-functional project management
  • Open-mindedness, diplomacy and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade
  • Strong synthesis and analytical skills
