About the role
- Propose, implement and monitor the marketing and commercial policy for the product(s)/brand(s) assigned to you
- Monitor developments in the environment
- Collect and analyze information on environmental and market developments
- Analyze market trends and identify levers to adapt the strategy
- Conduct competitive intelligence
- Contact KOLs, SAMs and other stakeholders
- Participate locally and/or internationally in the development of product/service strategy
- Plan and implement the actions and tools necessary to deploy the strategy
- Lead internal and external working groups
- Measure the performance of initiatives and propose corrective actions
- Manage the product portfolio to achieve sales and profitability objectives
- Contribute to the preparation of the revenue/budget forecasts
Requirements
- Minimum: Master’s degree (Bac+5) — Business School and/or scientific degree (biology, biopharmacy, veterinary, engineering) or PhD, or agricultural/agronomy engineering degree
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of marketing and communication techniques, activation methods, office/digital tools, product and market environment, promotion regulations, and research methodologies
- Ability to anticipate developments and maintain a global, strategic outlook
- Experience in cross-functional project management
- Open-mindedness, diplomacy and strong organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate and persuade
- Strong synthesis and analytical skills
