CRM Key Account Manager, West Region

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the lead for assigned group practices, HCP networks, and relevant hospitals/accounts with national or regional reach (in alignment with other portfolio KAMs).
- Lead strategic account planning and execution, ensuring all activities are aligned with TA CRM objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of patient pathways to identify unmet needs, systemic drivers, and barriers to care.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Portfolio KAMs) to deliver integrated solutions that optimize patient outcomes.
- Map and engage complex stakeholder ecosystems, acting as a connector between internal teams and external partners when needed to drive clinical adoption and formulary inclusion.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education or professional background in healthcare or a commercial discipline with a strong focus on marketing, sales, and account management is required.
- Proven track record in account management, including business development.
- Experience working with hospitals, regional/national group practices, HCP networks, and/or digital health providers (or similar) is essential.
- Excellent communication, advanced negotiation, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and the relevant regional language (German for Basel-Bern/Ost-CH, French for Romandie-Tessin); Italian is a plus.
- Digital fluency, including analytics, CRM platforms, telehealth models, Microsoft Office, Veeva, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Must reside in Switzerland or be willing to relocate.
