Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a team responsible for a range of administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle
Support employees in Germany with hiring and contracting activities
Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and deliver professional, high-quality services
Organize and structure the teams for administrative operations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and manage escalations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English and German (minimum C1)
At least 6 years of professional experience in a Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (HR preferred)
Experience in transitioning/transforming processes or comparable project experience
Strong empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurial mindset, and a high service orientation
Proven ability to capture complex issues and work in a solution-oriented manner
Preferably experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and OpenText
