About the role
- Manage a team responsible for a range of administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle
- Support employees in Germany with hiring and contracting activities
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and deliver professional, high-quality services
- Organize and structure the teams for administrative operations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and manage escalations
- Lead projects to measure service quality and ensure process adherence
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German (minimum C1)
- At least 6 years of professional experience in a Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (HR preferred)
- Experience in transitioning/transforming processes or comparable project experience
- Strong empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurial mindset, and a high service orientation
- Proven ability to capture complex issues and work in a solution-oriented manner
- Preferably experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and OpenText
