About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a team responsible for a range of administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle
  • Support employees in Germany with hiring and contracting activities
  • Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and deliver professional, high-quality services
  • Organize and structure the teams for administrative operations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and manage escalations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in English and German (minimum C1)
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in a Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (HR preferred)
  • Experience in transitioning/transforming processes or comparable project experience
  • Strong empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurial mindset, and a high service orientation
  • Proven ability to capture complex issues and work in a solution-oriented manner
  • Preferably experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and OpenText
