Requirements

  • Experience in transitioning/transforming processes or comparable project experience
  • Strong empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurial mindset, and a high service orientation
  • Proven ability to capture complex issues and work in a solution-oriented manner
  • Preferably experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and OpenText
