About the role
- Work closely with global, cross-functional and local marketing leaders
- Develop an industry-leading innovation pipeline aligned with the Global Pet strategy
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to gather customer insights and market trends
- Conduct global business case assessments and provide clear pipeline recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to translate customer needs into product profiles
- Represent the business at executive governance forums
- Collaborate cross-functionally on select lifecycle management activities and launch teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business (MBA preferred) or Marketing
- Several years of experience in local marketing/business segment management
- Many years of experience with demonstrated performance in pipeline/portfolio management, strategy consulting or global strategic marketing
- Deep knowledge of the animal health industry – pet market experience a plus
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with a focus on generating customer insights
- Robust executive presence and the ability to effectively influence decisions with senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
