About the role
- Ensure implementation of plans and activities at the regional level (KAMs and sales representatives) to deliver market and product impact.
- Lead and develop team members in strategic account management, negotiation and selling skills.
- As the regional lead, build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers in key healthcare professionals (HCPs), group practices, HCP networks and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively and collegially with all internal stakeholders to implement strategy and gather insights, ensuring alignment around organizational priorities.
- Coach the team with a focus on customer engagement by providing ongoing feedback and role modelling.
Requirements
- Education or background/experience in healthcare or a commercial discipline with a strong focus on marketing, sales and account management is required.
- Proven success in leading high-performing sales and account management teams.
- Experience engaging with complex healthcare ecosystems, including group practices, HCP networks and digital health/telehealth environments.
- Ability to inspire, coach and develop team capabilities, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong capability to implement high-impact initiatives, monitor KPIs, rapidly adjust plans and ensure flawless achievement of district targets.
- Fluent in English and the respective national language with strong negotiation skills (German for Basel-Bern/East Switzerland, French for Romandie-Ticino; Italian is an advantage).
