About the role

  • Serve as the lead for assigned group practices, HCP networks, and relevant hospitals/accounts with national or regional reach (in alignment with other portfolio KAMs).
  • Lead strategic account planning and execution, ensuring all activities are aligned with TA CRM objectives.
  • Conduct deep analysis of patient pathways to identify unmet needs, systemic drivers, and barriers to care.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Portfolio KAMs) to deliver integrated solutions that optimize patient outcomes.
  • Map and engage complex stakeholder ecosystems acting as a connector (when needed) between internal teams and external partners to drive clinical adoption and formulary inclusion.

Requirements

  • Education or background/experience in healthcare, commercial discipline with a strong focus on marketing, sales, and account management is a must
  • Proven successful experience in account management including business development
  • Experience working with hospitals, regional/national group practices, HCP networks, and/or digital health providers (or similar) is a must
  • Excellent communication, advanced negotiation, and project management skills
  • Fluent in English and the respective regional language (German for Basel-Bern/Ost-CH, French for Romandie-Tessin, Italian is a plus)
  • Digital fluency (analytics, CRM platforms, telehealth models, Microsoft Office, Veeva, Power BI, Sales Force)
  • Must reside in Switzerland or be willing to relocate
