About the role

  • Support in the design, execution and steering of strategic initiatives across businesses, functions, therapeutic areas, and regions within Boehringer Ingelheim.
  • Independently drive work packages within projects, generating strategic insights to enable informed decisions of top-level leaders.
  • Run data analyses, develop hypotheses, find possible strategic paths and create actionable solutions to advance the organization.
  • Track the progress and strategic alignment of projects and initiatives, in close collaboration with business partners.

Requirements

  • Excellent master’s degree in sciences, economics or engineering (PhD or MBA a plus)
  • Several years’ experience with top-tier management consultancy, preferably with a focus on Pharma
  • Track record of working on diverse national and international strategic projects
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
  • Great team player, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • C1 level English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
