About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support in the design, execution and steering of strategic initiatives across businesses, functions, therapeutic areas, and regions within Boehringer Ingelheim.
Independently drive work packages within projects, generating strategic insights to enable informed decisions of top-level leaders.
Run data analyses, develop hypotheses, find possible strategic paths and create actionable solutions to advance the organization.
Track the progress and strategic alignment of projects and initiatives, in close collaboration with business partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent master’s degree in sciences, economics or engineering (PhD or MBA a plus)
Several years’ experience with top-tier management consultancy, preferably with a focus on Pharma
Track record of working on diverse national and international strategic projects
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
Great team player, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
C1 level English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
