About the role
- Ensures the execution of regional-level plans and actions (KAMs and Sales Representatives) ensuring market and product impact.
- Lead team members to excel in strategic account management, negotiation and selling skills
- As regional lead, build & maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers across key HCPs, group practices, HCP networks, and other relevant players.
- Works effectively and collaboratively with all internal stakeholders on strategy execution and insights gathering to ensure alignment on organization priorities.
- Coach the team with a focus on driving customer engagement by providing on-going feedback, role-modeling.
Requirements
- Education or background/experience in healthcare, commercial discipline with a strong focus on marketing, sales, and account management is a must
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales and account management teams
- Experience in engaging with complex healthcare ecosystems, including group practices, HCP networks, and digital health/telehealth environments
- Ability to inspire, coach, and elevate team capabilities, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Strong capability to implement high-impact initiatives, monitor KPIs, adapt plans swiftly, and ensure flawless delivery of district objectives
- Fluent in English and the respective regional language (German for Basel-Bern/Ost-CH, French for Romandie-Tessin, Italian is a plus)
