About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the equine market in South Sweden, to ensure our position as a trusted partner.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and offering optimal solutions for customer needs.
  • Drive sales and market growth by identifying new opportunities and maximizing existing partnerships.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the internal team, including marketing, product, and sales support, to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to ensure you provide the best support and expertise.
  • Report on account performance, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand our network and brand presence.

Requirements

  • Degree in Veterinary Sciences or within the equine area.
  • At least 3 years of professional and commercial experience in the equine industry (e.g. in similar role or from clinical practice).
  • Thorough understanding of the equine market and the needs of veterinarians, clinics, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Swedish (fluent) and English languages.
  • Ability to develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled at managing long-term relationships and providing exceptional client service.
  • Comfortable collaborating with different departments and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to cover customers in entire Sweden and willingness to travel between 20 to 30 days per year across the Nordic countries.
  • Finally, a positive mindset and a can-do-attitude.
