Key responsibilities & impact

Define and deliver the Governmental Affairs strategy and action plan for Boehringer Ingelheim Switzerland, aligned with regional and global priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Political Science, Economics, Public Health/Medicine); MBA, Public Affairs, or Health Policy training is a plus
5+ years’ experience in healthcare policy, governmental affairs, public administration, pharma, or consulting, with proven advocacy and stakeholder management experience in Switzerland
Ability to influence at national and cantonal levels; strong negotiation skills and a trust-based, partnership mindset
Fluent in German, French, and English (Italian is a plus); high integrity and compliance mindset; office-based with regular travel within Switzerland and occasional travel to the EU
