About the role
- Participate in the international project team that develops the global standard for HR document management and the corresponding system solution.
- Ensure adherence to global process design guidelines and close coordination with the necessary decision-making bodies (especially Process Design Authority) and HR Process Management.
- Ensuring compliance with global system standards.
- Promote initiation and steering local/regional projects to implement HR document management processes and related system solutions in the 4 regional GBS HR Centers / 70 BI countries.
- Give direction in the application of global document standards, the global system solution as well as the data migration.
- Ensure compliance with global standards while meeting local legal requirements.
- HR coordination of system upgrades and the associated test tasks for the document management solution in close coordination with IT and the external system provider.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HR Services, HRIT with focus on OpenText (Document Management), PowerDocs & Employee Central
- Project management skills.
- The ability to work across functions/geographies.
- Basic understanding of compliance aspects (i.e. Data Protection regulations like GDPR in EU, Data Retention, co-determination rights, labor laws).
- Business fluency in English.
- Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule (24 hours by 5 days global support).
