About the role
- Provide leadership for the Ridgefield Preclinical PKPD Modeling team
- Drive the development of innovative PKPD modeling approaches
- Represent PK/PD modeling in multidisciplinary drug discovery project teams
- Ensure delivery of high-quality PKPD modeling outputs
- Present research and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements
- PhD or Master's or Professional degree in related field with minimum relevant experience in Pharmacometrics / Preclinical PKPD Modeling in the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in working in drug discovery teams preferred
- Proficiency in PMx/PKPD/QSP modeling
- Experience with empirical and PBPK modeling for NBEs preferred
- Ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills
